These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Lux Financial Clinic website, including the request form and the Ask a question chat. 1. Our services

We offer the 18-Month Mortgage-Ready Program ($99.99 per month, for up to 18 months) and Inquiry Cleanup ($199.99 one-time). Full details are on our Pricing page. Any service you purchase is governed by a separate written contract, which you will receive before work begins. If that contract differs from these Terms, the contract applies.

2. Payment and cancellation

You will not be charged for any service until that service has been fully performed. You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing. After that, the 18-Month Mortgage-Ready Program may be cancelled at any time, and you will not be charged for months in which services were not performed.

3. No promise of results

We do not promise any specific result, score increase, item removal, or loan approval. Results vary based on individual credit history. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly at no cost.

4. The request form

When you submit a request form, you agree to give accurate information, including your name, email, mobile phone number, and the program you're interested in. Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract or any obligation to buy.

• It may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. If its answer differs from this website or your written contract, the website and contract apply.
• Please don't enter sensitive personal details, such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or full credit reports.
• Your chat is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it. You can clear it at any time with the "start over" button.
• For questions about your own situation, please contact us directly or use the request form.
