Coaching Terms

These terms apply when you buy Homebuyer Coaching from Lux Financial Clinic ("Lux," "we," "us"), based in McDonough, Georgia. By completing checkout, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Homebuyer Coaching is a one-time educational service. It includes a written plan covering your budget and debt-to-income, a down payment savings goal, a lender document checklist, down payment assistance programs you may want to look into, and plain-English loan basics, plus one coaching call with Taneka by phone or online.

Coaching is education and planning only. It is not a HUD-approved homebuyer education course and does not come with a certificate. It is not legal, tax or investment advice.

2. Price and payment

The price is $197, paid once online through secure Clover checkout. Your card details go directly to Clover and are never stored on our website. There are no recurring charges.

3. Scheduling your call

After you pay, we contact you at the email you gave at checkout to learn your goals and schedule your call. Please reply and keep your appointment; if you need to reschedule, contact us before the call time.

4. Refunds and rescheduling

• Before your call: if you cancel before your coaching call and before your written plan is delivered, you get a full refund.
• After your call or plan: once your coaching call has taken place or your written plan has been delivered, the purchase is not refundable, because the work has been done.
• Rescheduling: you may reschedule your call once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss your call without notice, the call is used.
• If you never schedule: you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the unused call expires, but you may still request a refund for any part of the service not delivered.
• How to ask: email or call us using the details below. Approved refunds go back to your original card through Clover, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

5. No guarantees

Lux Financial Clinic is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not make loan decisions. Lenders decide every pre-approval and loan, and assistance programs set their own rules. We do not promise any approval, loan amount, rate or program eligibility. Results vary.

6. Your information and text messages

We use the details you give us only to provide your coaching and contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy. Text messages are optional. If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree to the following:
